Debbie do you intend this as an another group on this site, or are you wanting only local people who can attend meetings.  I did not join in January because it seemed to me you were trying to organize a local group.

yes, in person would be best but being able to communicate in general with someone who understands is great.....I wanna talk to someone!!!

I think you are probably wanting to start an actual group that would get together as opposed to an online group?  I have been searching and searching for a group to talk to. So, I wish I lived in your area, not 80 miles from nowhere in NM!  My best friend was a caregiver for her husband for 3 years when he died from renal cancer.  My husband died 6 months after diagnosis of colon cancer.  Even though we both suffered and lost, our experiences were not the same.  I know it would  help to talk to others.  Good luck
