About Me:
I live with my 2 cats, Roger and Tinker and am a book addict. My grief has taken a toll on my mental health but I am slowly recovering, searching out holistic and spiritual healing methods. I love learning about anything connected with spirituality and metaphysics.
About my Loss:
My husband of 22 years passed over in January 2012 and then my dad passed unexpectedly the following May. I was extremely close to my dad and it was all too much for me to cope with and I had a mental breakdown. It's been the worst experience of my life but I'm finally starting to find my way again. It's also led to a lot of spiritual growth for me too.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
