I have not been on this site in over a year. To update everyone, my mom passed away two years ago this Christmas and my step-dad passed away two weeks after her. My brother and I put together a double memorial service for the both of them and it was pure hell for the first year. This past year I concentrated on mourning and hopefully this next year will bring about healing.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all who have gone through this holiday season after losing someone that they loved. It will get better, but until it does, do not feel bad about greiving. Your body needs to do it in order to heal your heart.

Ruth and Panni,

You are so very welcome. http://yearofgrief.blogspot.com/ This is the address of my online blog if you are interested in reading it. I hope both of you are having a good day, my day is a bit on the bumpy side today so I am having some tea and just trying to take of myself today.

Thank you. Nice message you wrote.
