Healing After A Loss Is Nver Easy: (in Loving Memory Of Aunt Rita)

An extremely lose loved one, the loss can be recent or a long time ago, the grief of a loss can go on for a lifetime, that's why I made this board, maybe after talking about your relative, or friend may help. I know how a loss of a close relative feels, it hurts, but talking about him or her will make your shattered heart remend, and you'll finall feel closure. I dedicate this board to My beloved Aunt Rita, it's just a tribute I can share, yet help people cope with their own losses.

I'm sorry to hear that, it's never easy. I'm still feeling my aunt's
Death, and the funeral has passed, Wes all have one thing going here, losses, grief
And feeling empty. I say, keep your chin-up, things will get better.

I know how hard it is to lose a very close relative, it hurts.
What you feel is normal. I get it, the grief is so bad that you feel like you won't be able to move on. I know that life does go on, it may take a while to feel any closure, losing a parent or grandparent is beyond painful, loss is lousy, but eventually, the major pain goes away, you may be grieve for the rest of your life, but in time, you will be able to move on again. Hang in there, you can more if you need to, that's what the board is for. God bless you, and I'm sorry about your dad.

Aunt, yes, it's painful, but hopefully, talking it out wil help.b
I talked to a priest from a local church. I tell you what, as much as I was hurting, he helped me feel better, he cas comforting and compassionate, he really helped me get through the worst part, talking for the first time about my aunt, hang in there dear, you will be fine.

its lk a illns loss it is

Yeah, loss is hard, but closure will set in, in my case. Closure
Happened when I talked about how I feel, but whatever you do, never keep t inside, eventually, you'll explode emotionally, and that isn't good, trust me, you will feel better, talking about it is a step in the right direction.

I know it seems impossible, but maybe what you need to do is
Take a day or two, bring out memories of your dad, and even have a good cry, maybe you never really took the time to let yourself grieve, if you have, then give it time, you need to try to go forward, it may take time, grief doesn't heal overnight.

My mom died 4 months ago

My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. She died from lung disease. Ironic.I was fine at the funeral. Planning. Talking to everyone. I thought u handled it great. Now 4 months later, I’m a mess. Some days I’m perfectly fine, but others I can’t walk down the street without crying. I keep thinking that I haven’t talked to her in a while & I…See More
