Don't grieve alone; 14,000 members and growing
I was just finishing typing a long entry about how upset I am about my laptop dying and the potential loss of all of my files, including all of my mom's photos and many other important things, when my browser crashed and I lost my draft. Technology is out to get me this weekend. I give up.

Go buy an external hard drive and back up your pictures. Laptops are crap. Also open up a facebook page and store them there in an album only you can access. Peace.
Bethany, dear. I also lost lots of photos ad emails (damn Outlook Express!) before. Now I have an external drive - just a little box - save all my files, google or other online docs, also its a great a great online back up service Carbonite just for 50 bucks per year.
Please save all your important files right away.
