I didnt want to see you that way...

Both my mom and dad fell into Comas and suffered irreversible brain damage. They passed away 8 months apart from each other, leaving me all alone; sitting back in all black, wishing i could have them back.   My dad was the first to be taken away from me.  He suffered a stroke and had three hemerrages in his brain which caused the brain damage. First blog. (summary)

I'm afraid to truly enjoy life because when I do the Lord reminds by taking another beautiful flower from my Garden of life.

It seems as though he keeps taking the ones I'm closest to. So I guess you can say I'm nervous and constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. That being said, it doesn't matter because you're never prepared  and with each loss it's completely different type of grief  I'm beside myself and have never felt more alone. My Mom was my very first best…

It is not easy

Today just take 5 minutes at a time.

Today remember to breath.

Change is an adjustment.

Allow yourself time to process.

Write your feelings it helps.

Remember good memories, that make you smile.

Drink sleepy time teas to help you sleep.

Drink water to replace the tears you have cried.

Listen to nature, she can give you answers.

Mad to Happiness in Grief and Loss



 

We all want to be happy! Mad can sound harsh, but in actuality, feeling upset, in a bad mood, or depression all have roots in being mad.  It is nothing to be ashamed of because actually it is normal, as we all have felt mad at one time or another.

 

Most of us will experience a crisis or loss in our lifetime, and how we learn to deal with it, will determine our future happiness and success.

a call for help

4 weeks ago i lost my best friend in the world to suicide. she commit suicide with her girlfriend on september 28 2010. she was 17. a few days ago was her 18th birthday, i went to it and laughed at some jokes and memories we had of her..and then i cried till my eyes burned. i've been sick since the day she left me, and i don't know what to do anymore..

My mom died 4 months ago

My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. She died from lung disease. Ironic.I was fine at the funeral. Planning. Talking to everyone. I thought u handled it great. Now 4 months later, I’m a mess.
