No, everything is not absolutely okay ...

I have been doing some biofeedback. The software program the University has is very nice. Friday I was listening to a meditation type portion to release physical tension. Reading

In the beginning of this I felt like I was in a nightmare, at times it still feels that way. Now I feel like I'm just in plain hell.

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
