About Me:
I am a 44 old male residing in Dubai, a father of 2 kids aged 9 and 11 years old.
About my Loss:
I have recently been separated from my wife. It was her decision. I experience at times feelings of deep sadness, fear and despair. I have good support system of friends, family and a counselor. However, I thought I might benefit from online support groups.

In the past I attended 12 step groups which has benefited me a great deal, that's why I was looking for groups where I can share my experience and listen to others do the same.
