Profile Information

About Me:
I am a mum of two. I have an active life and I am a Artist (BFA).I am a bright and bubbly person, who is quite talkative. I like the beach for its tranquility.
About my Loss:
I lost my mother first when i was 16 and i only jsut lsot my dad this year. As an adult who isn't yet 40, finding myself without parents at holiday periods through the year, it really feels empty. I try hard to stay positive and relfect a lot, bu tit still hurts.

As a Visual Artist I do offer art therapy classes. Much like keeping a journal it helps us to work through stages we can't verbalise. I personally turned to art as a form of expression as i went through grief as a teen and jsut stopped talking for a time. I found art a great tool to help me work through this.

Grandma sewing room
