- I owned and operated a health food store in BC Canada. I am now semi retired and work casual in a health food store. My passion is to help and encourage people on their healing journey. I also have a background in counseling. I am a born again Christian
- About my Loss:
- I lost my husband two weeks ago and one week later had to put my dog down. I am heartbroken.

Betty, I feel your pain. And please keep being here, one day at a time. It is extremely gut wrenching, and cry out loud if you need to.....I have the same loss as you..... still very distraught. I continue speaking to him daily in my prayers. If you could, let's find some friends and form a group here for comfort and support. May God take care of you every day. Last Breaths P.S.I am also into health etc.... but now, it has become very hard - to do it by myself.

My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked.
