About Me:
I owned and operated a health food store in BC Canada. I am now semi retired and work casual in a health food store. My passion is to help and encourage people on their healing journey. I also have a background in counseling. I am a born again Christian
About my Loss:
I lost my husband two weeks ago and one week later had to put my dog down. I am heartbroken.

Betty, I feel your pain. And please keep being here, one day at a time. It is extremely gut wrenching, and cry out loud if you need to.....I have the same loss as you..... still very distraught. I continue speaking to him daily in my prayers. If you could, let's find some friends and form a group here for comfort and support. May God take care of you every day.
