- About Me:
- I am a young lady that is on an adventure that we all call life. I reciently got the sudden news that my beloved mom has passed away at age 59. Now my world has been turned upside down with loosing both my "mothers" so close together. Two years since grandma passed. Now my mom how much loss can I handle?
- About my Loss:
- I lost my Grandma in June 20,2011. She was 93yo. She helped raise me. She and I were very close. Grandma was a world travler, liked to paint in watercolor, acrillic, and oil paintings. She lived out of state I flew out to CA for her funeral. I have been having a ruff time with my loss. she ment the world to me she was there for me when no one else was and now that she is with the Lord I am so lost.
I got the news Just before labor day that my beloved mother has passed due to cancer and schizophrenia. A very sudden loss because we did not know that mom had cancer till it was too late. Mom, you are missed. Love you.
Lost Without Grandma
I feel so lost without my grandma. Grandma and I talked on the phone for hours on end these past 5yrs or so. I knew she was going to pass eventually I just didnt think it was going to be now. My life has turned upside down literly since I lost her. I not only lost her but I also lost my job shortly there after. I ever since the funeral have been having these crying spells that come and hit me like a ton of brickes and come out of nowhere. I will be fine for a day or so then all of a sudden crash and burn.

Traumatic loss of an only child
I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
