Hi,

Does anybody dream about their deceased loved ones? Dad died in 2005 and i still occasionally dream about him but he is always dying.  Mom died in 2009 and she is dying also but lately i have dreams she is alive or i dream i had her telephone number but lost it so i can not call her.

Blessings

Yes, I too dream of my husband..it was quite frequent after he died and now I still dream of him once in a while. There are times at night that I ask him to join me in my dreams because I miss him so. I do make it a habit to write down these dream encounters so i will remember.
Dear Julie - I only had one dream of my sister in the last 2 months she is gone.. I think of her all the time (look at  her photos always before I sleep) I want ti ahve more dreams with ehr yet I only had this one dream... it was so nice to see her again when it happened - but woke up upset as I had forgotten the msg she asked me to deliver... I desperately want to see her but nothing since that one strange dream...... I tend to think of dreams as good sign love nadia

I didn’t get a chance to see my mom in her last days. When I dream of her; she looks really thin and sickly. Last night I had a dream of her throwing up, (she died of cancer of the esophagus) and then another dream where she was healthy and gave me a strong hug. I miss her so much and really feel her presence. I hope to have more dreams of her, its always so comforting and it feels so real like she’s actually here with me.
My wife ended her life this February.  I've dreamed of her twice that I can recall.  One was rather unpleasant, an argument that was too much of a reminder of our last fight. The other was just....strange.  We were walking on the beach among the rocks.  Her face was frozen in kind of a mask of an impish smile, but she took my hand and held on to it through the whole thing, even though she never said a word.  I've kinda hoped I'd get a dream of her that'd be more positive, but nothing yet.  I'm just glad there haven't been any other bad dreams about her.

My daughter left me 2 yrs ago next month and I have had many dreams of her but in most of them she either don't know who I am or don't know what happened to her. I dream over and over again that we are at her funeral and while I'm awake also I see her image every second of everyday. I can't get the feeling off my hand as to what I felt when i rubbed my hand over her head. It won't go away. No matter how hard I try to rub it off or get it out of my mind. What does that mean when you dream your child don't know you? Does it mean she won't know me when it's my time? How do I deal with that? Has anyone else had the same type of dream? It just breaks my heart to look at her right in the eye and her not have any idea who I am!!

Yes, I too have dreams of my husband.  Two nights ago I felt the bed go down and a leg go over mine and an arm around me.  I knew it was Randy.  It didn't last long but I do have dreams about him often and I write them all down.
