my husband

i miss my husband very much sense he passed away on may 13 2011 from lung cancer and brain cancer he was my every thing im so depress and sad at the same time

I am so sorry to hear about your husband.  I lost my husband of 33 years to lung cancer on 12/24/2010.  This is very hard.  I just take things one day at a time, but I struggle most of the time.  I will say some prayers for you.

My husband died 14th Mar 2011 from a perforated bowel
Feeling like a total wreck. Panic attacks and and the overwhelming feeling of being alone.

After the loss of my Lisa after 16 years I didn't think I could function either and it took me about a month before I returned to work. But even today its hard.  Please take it one day at a time.  If you don't feel well I would also suggest a visit to your doctor.  Mine was very helpful.

your loss is so recent. just let yourself grieve. if you can, find a grief support group. that helped me so much. I went to www.griefshare.org and found a group.  I was being hard on myself for crying ALL the time. and they told me it is ok to cry whenever, wherever, and how ever long you need to. and there were other people there in the same situation so they knew what you are feeling and going thru.

Im sorry your much loved husband passed on.  My husband died from cancer 6 weeks ago so I can understand your depression and sadness.  Hugs
