Sorry to hear that.It’s not easy.What happened?I lost my mother and father between 2019-2022.they both are in late 50’s.my father got heart stroke.My mother went in to depression after his death and left us by committing suicide.

Yes, I lost my spouse 6+ years ago and find that I cannot move on as well as I would like.  You are not alone.
