Just curious to see if there is any interest in users attending guided meditations via zoom meeting. I am considering facilitating some that are specifically geared towards assisting with grief, trauma/anxiety, mindfulness and progressive muscle relaxation. Let me know if there is any interest. Sending love to our community. -Ninja

I want to take this opportunity to thank you Ninja and also Diana. I’m a hurting unit and need all y’all. I’ve been a spiritual mentor for many years tho now I need the feedings to get back me….  I would love love to join the meditation on zoom. Meditation for me is beneficial. Once again thank ALL y’all (including all members) for I can’t do this alone. Sending much light energy thoughts and prayers. Giving warm love hugz.

Hi Valerie. I am hoping to be able to start the meditation zoom meetings soon. My dad just died unexpectedly and am now taking care of my mom. I am in the process of moving my mom and I into a new place and once I am settled in I will update this and let everyone know when the meditations specifically dedicated towards grief/ptsd healing will begin. Love and light to you all members! <3

Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.

If you have lost a loved one to alcohol, substance abuse or suicide please share your story or feelings here. Share the love and beauty of the one you lost. Losing someone any of these ways is not natural and can be hard to understand and ask why? I lost my Mother to an overdose 9 years ago. She also suffered from major depression. Her doctor got her hooked on pain medication and she was addicted most of my life. These doctors who were suppose to help her ended up killing her in the end. I also…See More
