I'm sorry. Do you have any close friends, or a spouse/partner?

yes im married my wife knows what im going through its been tough thanx for your concern

It's good you have your wife to help you. I am in the opposite situation -- i have my sister, my parents and my BIL (my sister's husband), and they are wonderful and we love each other very much, but my husband died, and i wish i had too.

Hi Sean. I lost my mom in 2011, my only sibling, my brother in 2012 and just placed my dad - my last living family member - in a nursing home with MS and dementia. I'm not yet a sole survivor, but I will soon be, and it's been a horrible struggle. I am so sorry for your losses, and if you need an ear or a friend, I'm here.

thanx kim i need that the depression is overwhelming im thinkng about getting on medicaton for my depression to help ease the pain what do ou think about that ive taken them in the past and it seems to help but there is a stigma about depression medication just wanted some imput

i need that ear kim  (smile)

I say go for it, I've found it to help in the past myself, and I'm booked with a psychiatrist to get back on myself. Also, if you're not already seeing a therapist, I highly recommend it. I'd not be here if it weren't for mine! Look for one that specializes in grief, I really think it helps. There's definitely a stigma, but I say don't worry about it... We need all the help we can get with what we're going through!

Got two ears for ya, I sent you a friend request. If you accept it, you can private message me. :)

thanx kimm its a daily stuggle do you have a facebook

I have lost both parents, two brothers and July 18th, 2013 I lost my husband tragically.  I am 55 and will need to start living a new life-i guess.
