Cookie:  I'm in the same boat.   My Gary has been gone for over 2 years now and I still think about him every day and reach over in the night, only to find him not there.

I heard someone in a movie say:  "It never goes away, but after a while you don't mind carrying it around".  I think that about sums up where I am these days.

I'm sorry for your loss Cookie. I lost my love of 23 years 18 months ago. I invite you to come to L.I.G.H.T. It is for Lesbian widows and gets more traffic than this site. I've found other widows to chat with there. ((((Cookie))))
