My husband died 4 weeks ago and I didn't cry for 3 weeks and now I can't stop crying. I'm ok at work but as soon as I get home I can't stop crying and my head hurts so much. I think my heart is going to break. I miss Rob so much and can't believe he's gone forever.

I understand, inasmuch as any other person can, because my husband died too.  It's been just over a year. I'm so sorry.

Pls keep in mind this is not a short journey - crying and mourning is something you "have" to do, ie you must let it out and let it take its course, and it will take time.  Best to you in this most difficult of times.
