I never had anyone that I could speak with about my brothers death...  Friends didn't understand and couldn't help, and parents never wanted to speak about it; it hurt them too much.  I bottled everything up and never spoke about anything that was on my mind regarding his passing.  Now, though, I'm in a program that encourages talking about past hurts and present struggles; it feels amazing.

im pleased u  hav foud a program tht will help u kim a lot of us on hear dont hav suport groups only on hear is the only suport we hav  

Hi Kim, that's so great! I know it is hard to talk, I have a few friends but I feel bad constantly talking about my pain - they are younger them me and I thing a lot of the time they have no idea what go day. I miss my brother every day!
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
