I can honestly say that I feel your pain. It will never go away, but it will get more tolerable. I have more better days now than sad ones. I have a great support system at church. They knew my husband so it makes it easy to talk with them. I am reminded to remember what a great man my husband was and to remember the good times we had together. I can cry at any time but when the tears flow I know Dell would not want me to be sad. The night before he went into the hospital he told me "I LOVE YOU WITH MY WHOLE HEART". That was his last words to me and he passed away three months later. I look at pictures and can feel him sometimes smiling back. I can not move past him yet, but I can survive in my life.
