- I am going to be 60 this year and I am on disability. I recently Came out of Clermont Mercy for a evaluation of extreme depression.
- About my Loss:
- My mother passed on Valentines Day of 2010. I went though the "normal" feelings of grief, however, discovered it is hitting harder 3 years later. Adopted and the only child.

I am new to the group as of today 2/20/13. I hope it is a wonderful experience. My main focus is to deal with the loss of my family especially my mother who passed away on 2/14/2010, on Valentines Day.

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
