It is like a dream… I’m dreaming since 2012. Do you remember that had to be the end of the world? And it was… was for me… I want to come back. But what is real if you live in your minds?

TIPS:

     1) Right away find a place and scream as loud as you want and as long as you want!

     2) Go to travel (at least for few days and you can do it alone!)

     3) Find the One you trust and let him Help with brain tasks (documents, plans, ect.)

     4) Don’t stay at home

     5) Don’t be with a bad influence people

     6) Change your living place

     7) If you are writing notes, don’t throw them out

(you will want it back after years)

      8) If you can’t listen your thoughts just watch a movie

P.S. You can even don’t realize that you are keeping a huge heart pain and something in your “throat”.  For me it were staying 2 years and I catched it after it went out (while listening a video about good feelings).

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
