- About Me:
- 49 I have to young adult kids living with me.
I am and have struggled with depression obviously but I feel now the anxiety is extreme now. I have insomnia due to menapause 8 years ago and anxiety at night adds to everthing. I have done off depression medication a while ago. However I want to get off all medication but I dong know how.
- About my Loss:
- I lost my husband of 27years 3 years ago, the father of my 2 kids. It was sudden, coroners inquest done, He had a genetic heart condition and was very fit. He died at the age of 47.

Traumatic loss of an only child
I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
