About Me:
I am seeking support on my path to recover from the consequences of several sudden losses. My losses started when I was very young and I need to connect with people that have been through similar situations to process my grief in a more healthy and connected way. Therapy is helping me take the steps to do what is right and be kind to myself.
About my Loss:
I lost family members suddenly(and violently) and have never been able to complete a wholesome grieving process.

Grandma sewing room
