- About my Loss:
- I lost both my parents within 4 months last year , I moved in with them for nearly a year to help my mum nurse my dad, who died at home and was very traumatic. I then stayed with mum to help her grieve and become more independent. Then unexpectedly and suddenly my mum died, I then had to cope with all arrangements with their home.
I am at home now, and my dog died yesterday who I had for 13 years.
I feel so alone and lost.
