One of the most important things you can do is making contact with people as you are now. Find those who will listen and not try to fix you. As a counselor, I can tell you that finding someone you trust that you can talk to at any time is critical. You may have to find someone you really trust and tell them what you need. The big thing is refuse to isolate yourself for long periods of time.
