About Me:
I am a writer, lifelong yogi and I teach metta-meditation, yoga and pranayama which I use in my grief counseling.
About my Loss:
I lost first my husband of thirty three happy years of marriage, and then eleven months later our son Jonpaul. Jonpaul was 23 and died of antibiotic resistant infection.

I use a metta-meditation to help people connect to their missing loved ones. I also wrote the book Grief is Love (Lantern Books). I lead online grief groups, mostly for moms who have lost their child but also for spousal loss and sibling loss.

Grandma sewing room
