Lost both parents

About Me:
I'm a senior, a retired exercise and dance therapist, trying to enjoy forced retirement due to COVID. I love my dog and my partner and have a nice home in a nice place. I helped co-parent 2 wonderful girls who were not mine but I loved them dearly, they are adults now. I love birdwatching, crafts, cooking, baking and trying to stay well.
About my Loss:
Multiple losses, sudden loss of eldest brother many years ago, both parents gone now, quite a few friends gone now, some tragic losses in my extended family.

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
