Hello everyone. I am new to this group and I'm glad I found it because I am hoping that it will help me get through my grieving process. I am very distraught because in February of this year I saw my daddy battle and die of cancer and in June, 4 months after he was gone, my mom decided to join him in Heaven. - I'm a senior, a retired exercise and dance therapist, trying to enjoy forced retirement due to COVID. I love my dog and my partner and have a nice home in a nice place. I helped co-parent 2 wonderful girls who were not mine but I loved them dearly, they are adults now. I love birdwatching, crafts, cooking, baking and trying to stay well.

- Multiple losses, sudden loss of eldest brother many years ago, both parents gone now, quite a few friends gone now, some tragic losses in my extended family.
