- My Mom passed away 8 months ago due to cancer. After her death I've lost two of my best friends, which made my grieving process even harder.

My mother and I had always been so close, I really feel that a big part of me has died with her. I was not prepared for this. And though I seemed to be improving a little for a while, I think now I was just avoiding it in my mind. I really do not see how I can live the rest of my life without her. Mother’s Day was particularly hard, as I’m sure it was for you....then my Dad’s birthday was just a few days after that! Goodness! I hope that God will give you strength too.... and I hope to hear from you again!
