About my Loss:
I lost my mother in the fall of 2019, and I feel that I died with her. It seems impossible that it could have occurred....and I don’t know how to continue without her. I know these are unrealistic thoughts, but it is how I feel.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
