About Me:
Male age 63 in thankfully very good health physically. Recently widowed after 41 years of marriage. Retired.
About my Loss:
The biggest problem with my loss is that's what i am now, "lost" My wife of 41 years had a long history or heart disease which she eventually died from. I was her caretaker part time while i was still working for over a decade and full time for her last 1.5 years of her life upon my retirement.

My mom died 4 months ago

My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked.
