- I lost my father 10 years ago, and my mother in January of last year. it has been very difficult the loss was complicated. I am very isolated. I took care of her for 8 years and had no time to look after my own life.

Welcome Donna. Deeply sorry for your losses. I can't imagine the isolation that you feel about being your mother's caretaker for eight years. I have a sister in law that gave up her life - moved across the country to take care of her brother until he passed from a brain tumor. Now, she is her mother and father's care taker. She has no real life of her own - especially since the pandemic and she is isolated with her parents most of the time. Take Care and Be Safe.
