- Ten years plus caregiver for my Mother.
- About my Loss:
- My Mother died in front of me and I didn’t realize it. I’m experiencing the caregiver guilt issues, loneliness, a non sympathetic sibling, struggling to figure out how I am going to be able to return to work, but most of all, I am not coping with the loss of my Mother. I’m a disaster. Taking care of my Mother for so long, over ten years, created a symbiotic relationship between us. Loss is hard and unique to each individual.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
