About Me:
I live in a small town in British Columbia, Canada.
I raised my daughter Sarah, my only child, as a single mum. She was everything to me! I lost her almost 4 years ago when she was 29 and every day is still a struggle without her.
At the same time I work hard at making my days the best they can be even if that means filling my life with distractions but there are still many days when the weight of carrying on without her crashes down around me.
I continue to work as a mental health support worker as it helps to give me purpose. I also feel fortunate to have a few good friends to lean on.

Grandma sewing room
