About my Loss:
I am struggling with the loss of the man I have deeply loved for the last 12 years. I had told him we needed to adjust our relationship to remain respectful of our marriages, therefore, I needed to back away from contact. The next day he died and not only am I grieving the loss of my best friend, but also dealing with guilt that I strained his heart to the point of his death.
