My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. Tell me where to send it and I will send you either electronically or by snail mail, whichever you prefer, a handout I give to all of my support groups titled "Nine Proven Survival Skills for Coping with Loss & Change." Betty, the most important thing to do now is find someone you trust and won't try to fix you, and talk about what you are feeling. You can get through this devastating loss.
