About Me:
age58, married 35years, three grown daughters, and a one year old granddaughter.
About my Loss:
Recently found out we are facing loosing all that we have worked for in the past 40years due to dishonest real estate development investors and economic downturns. I have lost my financial security, my hope for the future and my trust. Financial grief is hidden and shameful and I have found very little support. I would find it helpful to be able to connect with a group of individuals who have walked my journey. With the current Covid crisis I see this as a growing need as many individuals will be struggling with all types of grief. I do have a family that gives me the strength to find ways to heal but many do not. Financial hardship and suicide are known to increase during difficult times. Support with a degree of anonymity would save lives.
