I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mom!! In addition, i am sorry that you had to witness a gun shot crime especially of your aunt. I hope and pray that you areable to cope. i wasn't personally a victim of a violent crime, but on July 8, 2012, me and my fiance witnessed my maternal aunt get shot 7 times in the chest by her ex boyfriend. our lives were threatened as well because the shooter pointed the gun at us and said he would kill us if we didnt get out of the house, the only reason why we are still alive is because he ran out of bullets. he unloaded a full clip into my aunt. it was the hardest thing i have ever dealt with besides the death of my mom back in 2007 from stage 4 breast cancer.

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
