I too have felt loss, when my son22 died suddenly of a heart attack, two years ago. I made an altar under an old tree.  I hung wind chimes, prayer ties, and below is Mother Mary. I call this my listening tree. I talk, it listens. I sing and the chimes sing back to me.  The chimes seem to to know right when to ring, and wind seems to know when to blow. I am giving a free tel class to help others have an Invisible Relationship. As they are are not dead they are very much alive in spirit. The event is post under events.
