My brother was murdered

My brother was shot to death last Sunday, July 11, 2010. I have so much anger and grief already. His killer was arrested and charged with first degree murder, the next court date is set for july 27. I am having a very hard time dealing with my brothers death, he was only 38 years old, how am I supposed to be able to handle a trial?
