I lost my husband on january 13th 2010 do to congestive heart failure at age 31

I became a 29 year old widow on january 13th 2010 when my husband had a heart attack one morning. i am assuming he was trying to sit up cause he was having pains and he rolled off the bed onto the floor.  He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about three years before. We have a son who turned two on january 5th. 2010. God i miss him dearly and i feel so bad that my son has to grow up without his father around. He loved his son dearly. I want to talk to others who has been through this. I also lost a 15 day old daughter who died from complications from surgery back in 2001. Can anyone tell me when this pain will stop.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
