flash back nite mares

u try to get yore self put rite thn sum 1 upsets u thn u get the flash back nitemares watching my dad sufer tht day and other familys sufer watching ther loved 1 suffer that u r 2 scared to go to sleep in case u hav tht nite mare again the same nite mare iv had for 3 days leaving my dad ther saying i love u dad sea u tomrowo dad hop u r beter thn get called out by the tim we get ther hav to id the body leaving tht hospile wer i hop i never hav to set foot in ever again i left ther fealing so numb if i saw alians tht day i wud not of noticeded thm coming past me

1 day off from the nite mare then it starts again i woz enjoing the good dreams i had thn this 1 starts again the 1s i woz geting in march drinking that mush diet coke so i dont fall asleep im up 2 6 or 7 cans a day like wen i woz teanager but its beter thn alcahol even tho i keep geting told diet coke is bad for u
