Death of Only Child

Hello,

I lost my only child July 8, 2016.  He was not a child, but an adult, but he was still my son and I loved him very much.  I miss him terribly.  In the past 10 months, my father-in-law died, my mother died and now my beloved son has died.  My heart is broken and I cry every day and night.  I guess I just wanted to vent.  Thank you for listening.

I am very very sorry for you losses. I can not imagine how it feels to lose a child. Your heart is truly broken. My brother passed away 14 years ago, at age 45 and my mom says that she misses him every single day.

I hope that you have someone to talk to.

I found that writing in a journal and meditation help me to deal with my grief.

Feel free to write me anytime, I am a good listener and I could use someone to vent to also
