Last night I joined a grieving group at the Luthern church. Even though it was my first night there, I found it to be very helpful. Everyone grieves differently, what ever way is best for them. We shared each others stories and gave support to each other, no matter how they chose to deal with the pain. It was a good feeling to know that I was not the only one going through this.
