Please Pray for me and my best friend

Please pray for me as I am having such a hard time with my brother's death, his birthday was last week and it's been very hard. And please pray for me to be strong enough to support my best friend this weekend as we go to her girlfriends funeral. Her girlfriend hung her self in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, not only that but my best friend also found her and tried to save her but it was too late. I don't know how much more I can take before I break!

Rachel, I understand where you are at - January 20 was my brother's birthday - he would have been 49 but he was killed on his motorbike two months after his 18th birthday. It's been 40+ years since he died, but you never forget to think of them, especially on birthdays and death days. My eldest brother also died some time later, suffering as he had with his grief. So, get through it the best you can and never give up on living.
