I honestly believe they have found the cure for cancer, but won't give it out.

I am so tired of people asking me to donate to cancer research in my husbands memory. We both believed that they have found the cure many times, or at least more useful drugs than have been released. But there is so much money in treating it, much more than in curing it, that the drug companies won't ever let a cure be known. My husbands chemo treatments cost an average of $30,000 dollars a week. The drug companies and the doctors and the hospitals, etc, etc, make so much money off of our broken hearts.

So very true Sara,
They do have a cure for certain types of cancer we just don't fit into that group.
Think about it when was the last time we had a president die of lung cancer ? Most of them smoke cigarettes.
Money making business

When I think about how many people will not have jobs just at the Huntsman Cancer Center alone....no way they want that to happen!  And how many cancer centers all over the world? And the drug companies. I know it's complicated, but there are millions being poured into cancer research...I just am baffled at our Dr who sits there every time we go in...just sits there with nothing to add, nothing. Just asks how are you doing? It's pathetic. He's very well dressed tho...so there's that. Must make a good income. He probably doesn't want to lose his job.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
