About Me:
I’m new to this and have never tried this before, I’m 28 and currently suffer with panic attacks and depression.
About my Loss:
I lost my dad when I was 14 years old through heart problems and pneumonia. 4 and half years ago my mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died in January last year.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a blog but here goes. I’ve been having a really hard time lately, I lost my dad when I was 14 and my Mum last year to terminal cancer. Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
