I just joined the group and am a 79 year old widower who lost his wife 10 months ago. After attending Hospice one-on-one counseling as well as group counseling (they did help me at the time), I sometimes feel like I'm slipping back into deep sadness and depression at times. I can't make it through a whole day without falling apart a few times. After 54 years of marriage, it's very hard to live alone.
